Refund Policy

At Preston BBQ Care, we take pride in delivering high-quality BBQ cleaning services and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly offer a free re-clean of the affected areas to correct any issues.

Refunds are considered if a re-clean cannot reasonably resolve the concern or if we are unable to complete the service due to issues on our end, such as scheduling errors or equipment failure. Refunds will not be issued for BBQs in poor condition that cannot be fully restored through cleaning (such as severe rust or mechanical failure), cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or situations where the BBQ was inaccessible at the time of service (e.g., locked gates, unsafe working conditions).

If you cancel your service with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will receive a full refund if any advance payment was made. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $20 cancellation fee may apply.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. If you paid by e-transfer or cash, we will coordinate a direct refund with you.
