Welcome to Preston BBQ Care! By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Preston BBQ Care provides residential BBQ cleaning services. Our services include standard or deep cleaning of BBQ grills, as described on our website. We reserve the right to adjust services if we determine that the BBQ requires different care due to excessive buildup, unsafe equipment, or other unforeseen conditions.

Appointments must be booked through our website or by direct contact. We will confirm your appointment via email, text, or phone. In the event of poor weather conditions or emergencies, we may need to reschedule your service; we will notify you as early as possible. Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept cash or e-transfer. Prices listed on our website are subject to change with notice.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $20 cancellation fee. Clients are responsible for ensuring their BBQ is accessible at the time of service (such as unlocking gates and securing pets). Please inform us ahead of time of any special instructions or existing grill issues. Preston BBQ Care is not responsible for damage to BBQs that are already compromised, rusted, or poorly maintained before our service.

While we take every care in cleaning and inspecting your BBQ, Preston BBQ Care is not liable for pre-existing damage or mechanical failures unrelated to cleaning, including ignition failures or worn burners. We are also not responsible for loss or damage caused by hidden defects or unsafe equipment.

Your personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. With your permission, we may take "before and after" photos of your BBQ for marketing purposes on our website, social media, or flyers. No photos will include identifiable information or images of your home without your explicit consent.

We may update these terms and conditions occasionally. Any updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
